Congratulations! On behalf of FATE Foundation and The Next Economy team, we are pleased to inform you that out of over 600 applications received for the Core Life Skills Program, you are one of the 130 admitted into The Next Economy Programme 2021 starting from Thursday, 4 March to Friday, March 19, 2021.The Next Economy (TNE) Programme is designed by Crosswise Works and SOS Children’s Villages, sponsored by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs and implemented by FATE Foundation in Lagos, Nigeria. TNE programme is an initiative that seeks to combat youth unemployment by developing the capacity to secure their ideal jobs or learn the soft skills necessary to start and run their own businesses with a very strong curriculum.

In view of this, please note the following: • This admission offer and scholarship support are to you and non-transferable to another person. • The scholarship award cannot be converted to a cash award i.e. you are not entitled to request for it in cash terms. • This scholarship award is only applicable for this cohort of The Next Economy i.e. you will not be able to transfer it for enrollment into another subsequent class. • If you will be unable to attend the full duration of the programme which is three (3) weeks for core life skills, 2 months for Entrepreneurship training (Thursdays and Fridays),  and 6 weeks for Employability training, please feel free to decline this admission as attendance all through the programme is MANDATORY.

In line with the above and our need to confirm your acceptance as we have a long waiting list, please respond to this email on or before 12 midnight, Saturday 27th, February 2021, indicating your acceptance or otherwise of this admission offer. Please note that this programme will be conducted virtually. Data support will be provided for you to attend all the sessions. Kindly provide us with either an MTN or Airtel line that you will use for the programme. Kindly share this details in the acceptance mail.
