He founded the organization in 2000. Fola is a co-founder and first Managing Director of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. He ran the bank from inception in 1990 to July 2002, during which period he firmly established the institution as a strong and credible bank.  Guaranty Trust Bank has grown to become one of Nigeria’s largest and most profitable companies.Adenike AdeyemiAdenike is an expert in small and growing businesses, social entrepreneurship, institutional transformation, non-profit sustainability, philanthropy and corporate governance. Her 20+ years experience includes working in the private, public and development sectors to develop, fund and implement innovative programs and high impact policies for MSMEs and young people.Olufemi AlabiFemi is a Partner in the Transaction Advisory Service division of EY in Nigeria. His area of expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, deal structuring, deal sourcing, valuation, business modelling, sellside & buyside due diligence, divestiture/disposal advisory services and business plan preparation.Tokunbo TalabiTokunbo is the Secretary to the State Government, Ogun state. Prior to his appointment, he was the Chairman of Superflux International Limited which he grew from a 2-man trading company in 1998 to over 250 employees in a full-fledge ultra-modern manufacturing facility in Nigeria and has become the market leader and leading service provider to major financial institutions, government agencies in Nigeria and several African countries.Yinka SanniYinka Sanni is the Chief Executive, Africa Regions at the Standard Bank Group; Africa’s largest bank by assets. He has a wealth of experience spanning close to three decades in Banking and Finance, Capital Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions, Privatization Advisory and Asset Management.Bambo AdebowaleBambo is an experienced Head of Operations | Regional Director | Chief Operating Officer (COO), with a proven track record of leading business development activities, managing financing options and developing business relations for top-tier automotive, agro-allied, energy and government organizations to meet business goals and maximize revenue.Bayo AdeolaBayo Adeola is the Founder & Chairman of the Comprehensive Project Management Services. With educational training in Civil Engineering, Engr Bayo has over 30 years of experience in Project Management, Operations optimization, building structures, highway design, urban infrastructure etc.Olusegun ZaccheausOlusegun is an associate Director, Strategy and Economics at KPMG Advisory Services where he covers areas including enterprise growth and operations strategy as well as macro and sectoral policy issues. He is a management consultant with several years of experience in advising regulators, major corporate organizations and new entities in financial services, consumer market and public sector.Oluwole OnasanyaWole Onasanya has over twenty-two (22) years experience in the financial service industry with his area of expertise cutting across insurance product development and pricing, insurance strategy development and implementation, strategic planning and corporate transaction execution.Isa AladeIsa is a Partner at Banwo & Ighodalo LP. with over 15 years of experience in providing legal advice to corporate organisations and private equity firms. His core areas of practice are Banking and Finance, Private Equity, Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets and FinTech.Bukola ThomasBukola is an experienced human resource professional and change agent with an extensive record of growth through expert execution of people strategy at the executive level within multiple industries. She has passionately developed effective people management frameworks for large corporations as well as SMEs across sectors within Africa and other global emerging markets.Tunde 'ICEMAN' AlabiTunde has 20 years of organizational change and strategic management experience, at C-suite and boardroom level, across financial services, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, public sector, marketingcommunications and consulting; in Europe and sub-Sahara Africa.Bode AbifarinBode is the COO of Flutterwave, a multinational payments technology company with operations and offices, across, Africa, Europe and North America. An expert in Management Consulting, Business Process Improvement and Business Analysis, she was formerly an Associate Director with KPMG, Nigeria.Omowale Olatunde-AgbejaOmowale is the Head of Operations overseeing the Lagos environs, a Chartered Insurance Broker by profession and an Associate Member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Her industry experience spans almost a decade across a range of sectors including Aviation, Oil & Gas, Marine Energy and Reinsurance.Uganze EkeDr Uganze Eke is the CEO of Fitness Fair, a health management company dedicated to promoting health and facilitating positive lifestyle changes. A trained pharmacist, Uganze has over 25 years experience is guiding, consulting and training people towards healthy and positive lifestyle changes.Dipo DaviesMr Dipo Davies is the publisher of Castles, a leading Real Estate magazine (launched in 1999), and the Founder of Realhouse Communications Limited. He is committed to strategically identifying and providing solutions to problems, ensuring that publications always get to the right audience and consumers, he has built his business from lessons learnt over time.Adetola AigbanbeeAdetola is a Board Member of the Federal Inland Revenue Service, Nigeria. She is also a Partner in the Tax & Regulatory Services Practice of KPMG Advisory Services. She has wide-ranging experience in providing tax & business advisory services to leading Nigerian and multinational companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector (FMCG).Ifeyinwa IghodaloIfeyinwa established Design Options Ltd. in 1987, one of the first indigenous furniture manufacturing and furniture retail companies, providing employment for and developing thousands of Nigerians over a 25 years span. Under her leadership the company grew to become a household name, generating revenues of a billion naira at its peak and receiving several awards over the years.
