Awareness Message on Whistle Blowing for Stakeholders

Awareness Message on Whistle Blowing for Stakeholders

Dear ,

Good afternoon. I hope this meets you well. You are receiving this email as a key stakeholder and/or partner with FATE Foundation. At the start of our new financial year (March 2022) and in line with improving our risk mitigation and management processes, we launched a Whistleblowing policy in our mission to foster openness, transparency, and fair functioning of the Foundation. The aim of our Whistleblowing policy is to encourage and enable anonymous reporting of suspected wrongdoing without fear of retaliatory action in order for the Foundation to take early action while also protecting the whistleblowers who report suspected wrongdoing against retaliation. In line with the above, we are launching confidential Ethics Hotlines which will enable you confidentially report any forms of unethical practices, abuse, harassment, misconduct, discrimination and similar matters of concern in an anonymous and secure manner.  To enable independence and confidentiality, these Ethics Lines will be managed by KPMG Nigeria. The KPMG Ethics Line consists of telephone lines, dedicated email addresses, KPMG Nigeria Whistleblowing App (available on Google Play Store) and weblink reporting facilities that are operated by KPMG, a global consulting firm and market leader in Ethics and Compliance services. You can report any concerns you may have by contacting the KPMG Ethics Line:1.            Telephone:
