The EEP is a highly interactive, growth-focused business management and leadership programme aimed at equipping participants with the necessary tools and knowledge required to Restructure, Grow and Scale their Businesses 

Key Modules Covered include; Entrepreneurial Leadership, Strategy, Cash-Flow Management, Financial Management, Funding, Tax Management, Legal, HR Management, Corporate Governance and Succession Planning.

Target Participants

are Business Owners, Owner-Managers and Chief Executives who have been running their businesses for over 5 years. Participants will get to learn from EEP faculty who are successful business owners and C-Level professionals including
