The FATE Institute Fellows program is designed to bring together policy experts, economists, and academics to work on entrepreneurship policy reforms that will address key gaps with Nigeria’s entrepreneurship ecosystem. The Program is a 2-year immersive fellowship program that gives you a platform to achieve your entrepreneurship policy impact goal(s).

• A passion to work directly on policy issues that impact the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Nigeria.

• ·Academic rigor to engage in developing data, policy briefs, thought-leadership and reports.

• Ability to engage in policy discourses and advocacy.

•  Ability to actively engage with public sector on the implementation of policy recommendations highlighted in policy briefs.

• A strong academic background which includes an ongoing or completed PhD or Masters degree in economics, business, entrepreneurship and/or related fields

•  Relevant experience on policy processes, entrepreneurship ecosystem structures/segments, macro, and micro economic indices etc.

• A platform to amplify your entrepreneurship work or interests and influence policy

•  An opportunity to work directly with ecosystem players on the implementation of policy recommendations highlighted in your policy briefs

• Visibility through participation in the FATE’s Institute Policy Workshops and Policy Discourses across media platforms and channels

• Opportunity to engage with FATE Foundation’s vibrant Start-ups, Youth Enterprises, Scale-Up entrepreneurs for research and cross-learning purposes.

•  Peer learning among Fellows

•  Access to the FATE Institute’s Research Publications
