Dear ,We are happy to introduce the faculty of our owner-manager programme, the Emerging Entrepreneurs Programme (EEP) to you. Olusegun ZaccheausOlusegun Zaccheaus is a management consultant with several years of experience in advising regulators, major corporate organisations and new entities in financial services, consumer market and public sector. He is an expert in topics that include enterprise, growth, and operations strategy as well as macro and sectorial policy issues and their impact. He also leads economic discourse on global, African, and Nigerian macro developments. He is keenly focused on ideas, insights, and strategies to drive Africa's economic and financial system progress. He is an alumnus of the University of Stellenbosch Business School, where he bagged a Master’s in Development Finance.He would be proving handholding support to all participants of the EEP 30 as they develop their business growth framework in a strategic and sustainable manner.Fola Adeola, OFR; MNI;Fola Adeola is the Chairman of FATE Foundation. He founded the organization in 2000. Fola is a  co-founder and first Managing Director of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc. He ran the bank from inception in 1990 to July 2002, during which period he firmly established the institution as a strong and credible bank.  Guaranty Trust Bank has grown to become one of Nigeria’s largest and most profitable companies.Soromidayo GeorgeOluwasoromidayo George is the Corporate Affairs & Sustainable Business Director, Unilever, West and Central Africa, and the Chairperson of the UN Global Compact Network Nigeria. She is also a Co-Chair of the CEO Water Mandate Council, representing the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG). is currently a Vice-Chairman, Manufacturers Association of Nigeria Export Group (MANEG). Soromidayo was the first female Executive Director of the British American Tobacco Nigeria Foundation (BATN Foundation) and the Head of Corporate Affairs, British American Tobacco (BAT) in West & Central Africa. Soromidayo is a member of AIESEC Nigeria, Board of Advisors, a Fellow of the WIMBOARD Institute, a WIMBIZ/IE University, Madrid Executive Education Programme for Women on Boards, and was a member of the WIMBIZ Executive Council.Nnamdi EzeigboNnamdi Ezeigbo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer, SLOT Systems Limited, an indigenous Telecommunications, Information and Technology Company with 0ver 70 retail stores nationwide and an online store (www.slot.ng). He is also the chairman of the Ezeigbo SLOT Foundation. He is the brain behind Tecno, the fastest-selling mobile phone brand in Nigeria. Engr Nnamdi Ezeigbo is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, has an Executive MBA from Lagos Business School and an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Business Administration from Abia State University. He is a published author of the book “Entrepreneurship the SLOT Way”.Bayo AdeyemiBayo Adeyemi is the Head of Investment Banking, Nigeria of the Absa Group. With a Master’s in Business Administration from MIT, and a B.Sc. accounting from the University of Lagos, Bayo has over 15 years’ experience in strategy, corporate finance, tax, and business advisory in emerging markets. He has worked with clients in public and private sectors, and in multiple industries which include financial services, hospitality, FMCGs, and construction.Yoyin FamilusiYoyin Familusi is a Business Strategist and Business Development Professional with over 16 years’ experience in Management Consulting, Enterprise Development and Business Planning. She has worked in corporate and nonprofit environments both locally and globally facilitating collaboration between organizations to improve success and business profitability.  At Business Link, she provides leadership for the small business strategists team as they provide support to Albertan entrepreneurs. An entrepreneur herself, she thoroughly enjoys sharing her experience through facilitation bringing invaluable experience to clients and partners in the entrepreneurial ecosystem.Rotimi OyekanmiRotimi Oyekanmi has over 33 years’ experience in Financial Services, private equity investing, M&A advisory, and senior management with leading institutions in Africa. Prior to joining Apis, he was Chairman of RenMoney until 2016, Group Head, Ecobank Capital Nigeria until 2013, CEO of Renaissance Group West Africa and MD of Renaissance Partners. He is an MSc. Alumnus of the London School of Economics & Political Science.Ibrahim SalauIbrahim Salau is an accomplished environmental, social and energy management expert. In over 20 years, he has led, managed, coordinated and executed several (over 500) environmental, social and energy management projects in Nigeria and Ghana. He is a member of several professional organizations including the prestigious IAIA, IEMA, AEE, AWMA, ISSP and COREN. He is also an alumnus of EEP. Pradeep PahalwaniPradeep Pahalwani is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with over 30 years’ experience Sdin Nigeria. He is the MD of Securisk Insurance Brokers Ltd. (Nigeria, India and Ghana). He has undergone executive educations at IESE (Spain), IIM-Banglore (India) & Harvard Business School. He is a resource person on Marketing, Customer Service and Entrepreneurship and a certified ‘Train the Trainer’ by CMD (Centre for Management Development). Adenike AdeyemiAdenike Adeyemi is an expert in small and growing businesses, social entrepreneurship, institutional transformation, non-profit sustainability, philanthropy and corporate governance. Her 20+ years experience includes working in the private, public and development sectors to develop, fund and implement innovative programs and high impact policies for MSMEs and young people. Bayo AdeolaBayo Adeola is the Founder & Chairman of the Comprehensive Project Management Services. With educational training in Civil Engineering, Engr Bayo has over 30 years of experience in Project Management, Operations optimization, building structures, highway design, urban infrastructure etc. Bambo AdebowaleBambo is an experienced Head of Operations | Regional Director | Chief Operating Officer (COO), with a proven track record of leading business development activities, managing financing options and developing business relations for top-tier automotive, agro-allied, energy and government organizations to meet business goals and maximize revenue. Seye ArowoloSeye Arowolo is a Legal and Chartered Tax Practitioner. He is an alumnus of University of Dundee (UK). He is a Member of the Nigerian Bar Association and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). Over the past 10 years, he has delivered several signature solutions to clients covering a broad range of services, including transaction structuring, tax risk management, tax dispute resolution, tax incentives and regulatory compliance solutions for several multinational clients. Lampe OmoyeleLampe Omoyele is the Managing Director at Nitro 121, one of West Africa’s leading marketing communication and brand management companies, and Founding Partner, The Lucent Consulting Company, a business strategy and human capital development consultancy. With over 30 years of experience leading multinational and indigenous companies with global aspirations, he is a widely respected business leader and mentor in the marketing and advertising industry of sub-Saharan Africa, He is a Fellow, National Institute of Marketing in Nigeria (NIMN); Past Trustee of the Advertisers Association of Nigeria (ADVAN); Associate member, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON); and member of the Advisory Council for Advertising Week Africa. Dr Emmanuel OgbecheDr. Emmanuel Ogbechie is the founder and medical director of Q-med diagnostic center. He is a highly respected & competent medical practitioner with vast experience in diagnostic and clinical medicine, a graduate of the University of Benin Medical School 1995, an internship at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, and graduate training in clinical pathology. Calm, humble, and intelligent doctor, he has worked at the Providence hospital and childcare clinics before founding Q-med diagnostic center in 2001: an organization where he has been the medical director since inception.
