Invitation to be featured in FATE's Impact Story

It is with great joy and excitement that we announce FATE Foundation’s 20th Anniversary. It has been 20years of supporting businesses across Nigeria and we have planned series of projects and activities to mark the anniversary in December. As part of the lined up activities, we will be launching a 20 years impact report where we will share the experiences of different stakeholders about their engagement with FATE Foundation and how that has impacted them and their businesses or endeavors.

We have carefully selected different individuals and organizations across different stakeholder groups and the team has agreed to feature you in the ALUMNI category. Our request is that you fill a pre-designed interview survey where you will be providing answers to a few guide questions that fits into our impact story framework for the report. How to fill the survey

1. Copy and paste the link in your browser or just click HERE

2. Select your category of stakeholder on the survey home page as stated in this mail above.

3. Answer the survey questions has expressively as possible.

4. Click on the submit button once completed.

We will be happy to have the survey completed by 15

September 2020 to allow us sufficient time to get the report ready for the celebration.
