Welcome to a new week!On Friday, 7th of August 2020, President Muhammadu Buhari signed into law the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA).

The new CAMA, now seen as Nigeria's most significant business legislation in three decades, introduces new provisions that promote the ease of doing business and reduces regulatory hurdles.The Companies and Allied Matters Act, 2020 provides for the incorporation of companies, limited liability partnerships, limited partnerships, registration of business names together with the incorporation of trustees of certain communities, bodies,  associations; and related matters.To learn more about the key changes
