How do You Know When Its Time to Let Go of an Employee

Welcome to a new week!One of your duties as a manager or business owner is not just to handle tough or non-performing employees, but also to let them go when justified. While handing a sack letter to an employee is never a pleasant task, it's a necessity if you want to have a thriving business.

The fact that you're struggling with the decision only means you're human. If you search deeper, you'll find that many times, one is always searching for reasons not to let someone go; looking for any hint or sign of hope you can use to justify hanging on a little longer. But the real question is, "how do you know for sure when it's finally time to fire someone?"  If you notice one or more of these following signs then it's best to fire this employee sooner rather than later.
