Dear ,FATE Foundation presents a sequel to its annual Business Outlook event as part of its ongoing COVID-19 Webinar Series titled "The Business outlook for MSMEs; The challenges and the opportunities".The conversation on this series will address the doing business challenges spurred out by this crisis and even more importantly explore the opportunities that it presents mid and post the crisis.Join our speakers, Nneka Eze, Partner & Nigeria, Dalberg as she shares insights on high-level analysis and provides key sectoral insights from the economic impact on MSMEs carried out by her firm and Rotimi Oyekanmi, Partner, Apis Partners as he shares on how businesses can rise from the effects and take advantage of this crisis to innovate.The session will be moderated by Max Menkiti, CEO, Millennium Apartments & President of the FATE Foundation Alumni EXCO (EEP 15).

Nneka Eze, Partner & Nigeria, Dalberg

Nneka Eze leads Dalberg's work in Nigeria, where she is a Partner and the Lagos Office Director; advising on strategic planning, market analysis, investment planning, and performance transformation.

She has focused on a range of sectors including agriculture, education and youth employment, financial services, and inclusive growth, and she is a co-leader of Dalberg Advisors' Global Agriculture and Food Security practice area.

Prior to Dalberg, in 2009, Nneka was a consultant at Mckinsey & Company in Washington DC. Nneka holds an BA Economics cum laude from Harvard University. A native English speaker, she is also proficient in French.

Rotimi Oyekanmi

Rotimi has over 33 years experience in Financial Services, private equity investing, M&A advisory, and senior management with leading institutions in Africa.Prior to joining Apis, he was the Chairman of RenMoney until 2016, Group head, Ecobank Capital Nigeria until 2013, CEO of Renaissance Group West Africa and MD of Renaissance Partners (Private Equity arm of Renaissance Group)Rotimi was with African Capital Alliance (ACA) for 18 years, where he served as Chief Investment Officer. He was also responsible for establishing the SME Fund for ACA in 2001 and was CEO of the Fund from inception, as well as being a Principal in Capital Alliance Private Equity Fund (Nigeria's first structured fund)Rotimi lives in Lagos, Nigeria and enjoys providing business advice to financial institutions and other businesses.
